Generators access the authorized C&D waste portal. Individual builders input estimated rubble quantities and upload construction plans. For plot sizes ≥ 200 sqm, the platform links municipal requirements, prompting mandatory disposal filings to prevent illegal dumping.

Vetted Transport Dispatch

Work orders allocate to verified, empanelled transporters. Every vehicle utilizes active GPS modules synced directly to our SaaS telematics API. Transporters upload a mandatory photo of the covered load at source to authorize departure.

Weighbridge Calibration & Logging

Rubble arrives at designated recycling plants. Trucks scale on integrated weighbridges. Net weights update in real time on the cloud manifest database, generating a verified weigh slip and executing block mining on the eco-ledger.

Scientific Remanufacturing

Raw concrete rubble undergoes crushing, washing, and mechanical grading at circular hub plants. We re-mix fine washed aggregate to cast structural masonry bricks and permeable paving stones, completing the physical material loop.
